At 62, I am in the best shape I have been in over 25 years. But it wasn't always this way — and I want you to know that, because my story probably sounds a lot like yours.
Starting in my 30s I began struggling with my weight, and when my 40s hit it got worse. I knew next to nothing about the specific health challenges women face in midlife. Over the years I tried everything — Whole30, Intermittent Fasting, Carnivore, Keto, Vegan, and more. Some things helped a little. Nothing stuck.
That's when I discovered the book Trim Healthy Wisdom — a wonderful resource full of health information for women 40 and beyond. As I read and studied, light bulbs went off. It made so much sense.
When I incorporated the research-backed advice, something shifted. I felt better. I got fitter. And that stubborn weight finally started to come off. At 62 I feel younger and more confident than I did ten years ago — and I became passionate about sharing with other women what I wish I had known years ago.
I wish I had known this information when I was 40. But here's what I want you to hear: even at 60, 70, or 80 — it is not too late to feel and look better. Your body is still capable of remarkable things.
Now, with certifications in hormone health, insulin resistance, and movement, I help women 40 and over discover the same information and skills that changed my life — in a simplified, encouraging, and sustainable way. No overwhelm, no perfection required. Just real steps toward real results.
